Pole fitness is for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. It is a fitness form that is never boring, never feels like a fitness class and always gives you a great workout as well as helping to reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Pole fitness is a unique art form that dynamically combines elegance, posture, flexibility as well as coordination and strength.

Pole fitness is fantastic for anyone who wants to get fit but is bored / can’t abide the idea of the gym, and want to feel good in the process. It can be a wonderful alternative to a gym workout (as well as a great addition to it) and the best thing about it is that it never feels like a workout, you may find that it is so much fun it becomes addictive. It also offers new challenges for anyone who is a gym addicts or generally enjoys dance.

Pole dancing is also a great confidence booster with the added benefit that it concentrates on the improvement of posture and coordination just as much as on strength and flexibility.

I teach my classes in small groups with the emphasis on fun and fitness. Pole fitness lessons will build your strength, develop your co-ordination and cardiovascular stamina, tone up your muscles and of course burn quite a few calories in the process! Pole Fitness is a whole body workout that is great fun and will leave you with a great sense if achievement.
